2. Hosting

This website is hosted by a service provider: provider and address: to follow. On our behalf, the provider processes data that arises when the website is accessed (see server log files). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place.

3. Server log files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing device, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the purpose of secure operation. Retention period: to follow.

4. Contact form and getting in touch

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To prevent spam, the form uses a technical field ("honeypot") that works without external services and without setting cookies. The details remain with us until the purpose of storage no longer applies or statutory retention periods require otherwise.

5. Contact via WhatsApp

Draft – pending legal review. This website links to WhatsApp. It is a plain link: simply visiting our site transfers no data to WhatsApp, sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts.

Only when you actively click the link does WhatsApp open and a connection to the servers of WhatsApp Ireland Limited or Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland is established. If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your phone number, your profile name and the content of your message in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We have no influence over the provider's processing; this may involve transfers to third countries. For details, please refer to WhatsApp's privacy policy. If you wish to avoid this, please use email, phone or the contact form.

6. Fonts (self-hosted)

This website uses the fonts "Outfit" and "Inter", which are embedded locally on the server. No connections to Google servers or other third parties are established; no personal data is transmitted to third parties when the fonts are displayed.

7. Cookies and consent

This website does not set any non-essential cookies and does not embed any external services that would require consent. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

8. Your rights

Within the scope of the statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to:
